An architectural statement for the contemporary home, the Podium Maxi in coffee-colored fiber concrete elevates both form and function. Inspired by the carved facades of historic architecture, its clean lines and relief detailing create dynamic shadows that shift with the light—bringing movement to stillness.

At 80cm high, it serves beautifully as a sculptural pedestal for art, a tall side table, or a standalone piece. With relief carvings on two opposing sides and no designated back, the podium can be placed in any orientation, either against a wall or free-standing. Designed to complement gallery-like interiors, its versatility in placement and purpose adds timeless depth to any room.

Maintenance:For daily cleaning, a dry or wet cloth can be used to remove dust or dirt. However, cleaning products containing acid should not be used as they may harm the surface of the product.

It is advised to avoid sharp objects as they can harm the surface of the product. The product cannot stand in extreme high temperature and sunlight for several months. High humidity levels can also cause the product to absorb moisture, causing it to become soft and fragile. When exposed to extreme heat or cold, the product may expand or contract excessively, causing it to break or become damaged.

If the products are used outdoor, we strongly advise in the winter season to use a waterproof cover to cover the product or take the product into indoor storage.

Fiber Concrete

Inspired by the Brutalism Architecture movement of the mid-20th century, fiber concrete has become the signature material of the 101 Copenhagen furniture collection. Emphasizing sculptural shapes, the texture of concrete creates a fine balance between sharp architectural lines and soft organic curves. Cast in lightweight fiber concrete, each product gets a unique tactile surface with small incorrections and nuances. The surface is afterwards coated, to create a strong and resistance product. Finally, the product is hand painted two times by brush, to create a brushed layered colour.
