Description

The Dusk Table Lamp in oxidized aluminium captures the quiet drama of planetary movement and eclipse-like moments. At 50cm tall, this sculptural lamp brings presence without overpowering, ideal for desks, shelves, and bedside tables. Its stacked circular shades create a layered geometry that balances light and shadow, forming a rhythmic interplay of exposure and concealment.

The richly textured, oxidized finish evokes the raw tactility of concrete, grounded by a solid square base. Inspired by brutalist forms and cosmic balance, Dusk brings a refined sense of depth, weight, and atmosphere into any interior space.

Designed by Nicolaj Nøddesbo & Tommy Hyldahl.

Material Spotlight

Oxidised Metal

Crafted from cast aluminium or iron and treated with a specialised acid wash, each piece reveals a raw, matte grey surface with rich textural depth. The oxidation process is carried out by skilled artisans and produces unique, sporadic marks that echo the look of architectural concrete.

Subtle holes, unevenness, and natural imperfections are a result of the casting technique, giving every piece its own character. This metal is striking in form and finish: modern, tactile, and full of brutalist charm.
